The best oils for skin and hair
by Unknown on

Instead of going out and buying expensive skin and hair care products, try out these natural oils. Each of them are multipurpose and work wonders!

1.       Argon Oil

My absolute favorite natural oil at the moment. It is the best oil to use for split ends. Take only a few drops and run through your ends while your hair is damp. Blow dry and prepare to be amazed. It’ll look like you got a fresh cut. Argon oil is also great as a moisturizer. Use it alone or mix it in with your daily lotion. It’s light enough to wear under make up!

Other fun facts:
·         Anti-aging properties
·         Great fix for dry skin
·         Acne (reduces inflammation)
·         Healing irritated skin
·         Stretch marks
·         Cuticle treatment

2.       Vitamin E oil

Vitamin E oil is great for hair growth. Rub it on your scalp a few times a week and you won’t be disappointed with the results. Vitamin E helps with circulation. It is also great for fading scars; use at night alone or with a night cream. It’s also great for severely chapped lips.

Other fun facts:
·         Contains antioxidants
·         Heals damaged hair
·         Vitamin E supplements are great for the immune system

3.       Coconut oil

This is a true beauty savior. Coconut oil is great nighttime moisturizer. I use it alone all over my face and lips. I also like to take a scoop and mix with sugar for an amazing face scrub. Coconut oil is also great for hair masks, especially for naturally curly hair.

Other fun facts:
·         Great for your heart and preventing heart disease and high blood pressure
·         Massage oil/ personal lubricant
·         Helps with digestion
·         Healing infections
·         Cooking
*consult a doctor before using internally*

Where can I find these oils?
I order the coconut and argon oil online at Puritan’s Pride, or you can check your local organic health food store.
Vitamin E you can find at any major drugstore.

Puff Be Gone!
by Unknown on

I suffer from the puffy / tired looking eyes a lot.
One it's my allergies and two I'm a naturally chinky eye girl.
Sometimes it bothers me because when I smile it looks as if my eyes are completely shut.

So why not give some things a try.
I always do the 'Tea Bags' and it actually works. I also tried strawberries one my eyes
after letting them freeze. The coldness of the berries did the trick okay but not perfectly.

I'm attaching a link below for more ways to get rid of those puffy eyes.
Find out which ways work best for you.
I know I can do plenty of them but I still just have a thing for tea bags.
