handful of Cut watermelon handful of cut mango 10  blueberries 5 strawberries 5 pineapples 1/2 cup of 100% tropical fruit juice 1 spoonful of vanilla ice cream

P.S - THE NUMBER 1 THING I ALWAYS LEAVE OUT 1 CUP TO 2 CUPS OF CRUSHED ICE
