A Fruity Breakfast !
by Unknown on

Strawberries & Bananas
W/ an addition of grapes

A healthy smart breakfast is a good breakfast.
I made strawberry & Banana pancakes
with a
Strawberry, banana, and grape smoothie

It was delicious and light.

Adding the fruit into your breakfast provides you to use less sweeting like syrup or honey.
With the bananas and strawberries cooked into the pancakes freshly all the sweets from the fruit itself merges into the pancake making is super sweet so you don't have to add more syrup and honey.
Yummy

And we all know how our smoothies go.
Nice and simple tasty drinks and refreshers keeping our body healthy and on track.

Who's up for a smoothie?
by Unknown on

PlumNanaNectarBerry

2 Bananas
1 Plum
1 Nectarine
8 Strawberries
10 Grapes
1 Pear
Crushed Ice
1/4 cup of milk

Deliciousssssssss
I normally don't add milk because it makes it too thick.
But this was just right, not to thick or to watery.
I enjoyed PlumNanaNectarBerry and as you can see I made more than one
(More than 2 actually since it was family night- everyone took their before
the picture ) Aha
Enjoy drink up and adding veggies in my next smoothie
;)

This smoothie is my favorite thus far.
I sat my cut up watermelon in a bowl overnight so it could sit in the

Diced cut watermelon
All the juice from the watermelon bowl
a few strawberries
a few diced pineapples
A whole banana
a few diced melon
a few diced cantaloupe
crushed ice

This went great with my breakfast :)
